Emerson Palmieri

Serie A side Juventus are yet to end their involvement in the ongoing transfer window and they are very much keen on Chelsea’s out-of-favour defender Emerson Palmieri.

The full-back is regretting his decision to join the Blues last season after failing to win Antonio Conte and Maurizio Sarri’s trust. The 24-year-old defender wasn’t given many opportunities to lay claim for regular action throughout Antonio Conte’s reign.

The former Roma star hasn’t done enough to win Maurizio Sarri’s heart so far this season and the Italian manager could sell him out to Juventus.

Palmieri is yet to start a single Premier League game this season and his stay in the team continues to be under pressure due to his quest for regular first-team action.

According to Tuttosport, Allegri is lining up a £15million offer for the full-back as the Old Lady continue to upgrade their team.

Juventus will be counting on their relationship with the Blues to help them capture Palmieri before the end of the transfer window.

Juventus recently loaned their star player Gonzalo Higuain to the Stamford Bridge outfits, hence, they will be expecting Chelsea to do the same as regards Palmieri.

Meanwhile, Chelsea youngster Hudson-Odoi showed why Bayern Munich were desperate for his services as he put up a man-of-the-match display against Sheffield Wednesday.

The 18-year-old striker was a nightmare to the Championship side throughout the encounter and he crowned his impressive performance with a well-taken goal.

The Blues are reportedly set to turn down Bayern’s £40m offer for the youngster due Maurizio Sarri’s affection for his potentials and qualities.
