Alisson linked with Liverpool transfer

Brazilian international Alisson Becker has been heavily linked with Liverpool for some time and the latest news do not look positive.

Last month, UOL Esporte claimed that Serie A side AS Roma are asking for a transfer fee of about €70million for their valued asset.

Now, as per the latest news, provided by the Brazilian publication, the Reds have already made contact for the Roma star but now the Italian outfit have raised their valuation to €100million.

UOL Esporte have suggested that the goalkeeper’s club have set the new valuation after seriously considering the fact that the safe hand has performed extremely well for the national team –Brazil in Russia, however, the new demands have scared all interested clubs.

The Merseysider’s broke their own transfer record to land Dutch defender Virgil van Dijk for a transfer fee of 75 million pounds in the January transfer window as per The Guardian.

The Anfield based outfit desperately needs another goalkeeper, but should they go all the way to break their own transfer record once again and spend €100million to sign Alisson, 25?
