African star makes himself available for Arsenal?

Cameroon international Christian Bassogog has indirectly made himself available for the North London side Arsenal when he stated that he still has the dream of playing for the club.

This come-get-me plea is coming at the time when the winter transfer window is as close as in coming weeks.

Christian Bassogog, who joined the Chinese Super League club Henan Jianye from Danish side Aalborg in 2017 is of the opinion that he can make an impact at the Emirates Stadium with the absence of English forward Danny Welbeck.

Danny Welbeck secured a serious knee injury which will rule him out of the club for a longer period with speculations that he would be allowed to leave on a permanent basis at the end of the season.

However, Christian Bassogog stressed that his dream is to play in the Premier League with Arsenal which is one of the biggest clubs in England.

He noted that the style of the club suits him and he would love to have the experience.

Meanwhile, the Gunners have hinted that there will be transfer deals in the coming winter transfer market because of the absence of the English striker but it is unclear if Christian Bassogog would be approached for a deal.
