Chelsea are reportedly monitoring transfer situation of Tottenham midfielder Eric Dier who is unhappy with his chances at White Hart Lane.
Reports in the Times claim that the English midfielder is concerned about his reduced playing chances with Tottenham hotspurs and worried it could affect his status in the England national team.
Spurs boss Mauricio Pochettino has opted to use the duo of Victor Wanyama and Moussa Dembele in the midfield while he chose to deploy Eric Dier to the central defence to replace injured Toby Alderweireld.
Though, the 22-year-old featured for the Three Lions in their 2-2 draw with Spain but he fears he could be dropped if he continues to play in a less preferred position as the current midfield pair has been solid and impressive in recent games for the North London side.
Chelsea are keeping tabs on the Englishman with hopes of luring him to Stamford Bridge as Antonio Conte continues to look for a versatile midfielder who is capable of playing in defence and midfield.
German champions, Bayern Munich had earlier made move for Dier during the last summer transfer window and have retained their interest with speculations that they will attempt to sign him in future.
