Chelsea midfielder Tiemoue Bakayoko has taken to the internet to poke fun at teammate Antonio Rudiger as the Blues look to try and get their Premier League season back on track at the weekend.
Fumbling champions
The West London giants slumped to a 1-0 defeat to Manchester City in the English Premier League on Sunday as they suffered another major blow to their top four hopes this season.
The Blues are currently in the fifth position on the League log and now five points adrift fourth-placed Spurs as the race for UEFA Champions League spot hots up.
The France international midfielder has been out of football action recently due to injury problems but now seems to be edging closer to a return to action for Chelsea.
And Bakayoko couldn’t help but poke a little fun at defender Antonio Rudiger on Tuesday in the Blues treatment room.
He uploaded the photo above on Instagram as the Chelsea team relaxed after training on the day.
Spirited performance required
Antonio Conte’s team will aim to return to winning ways in the League on Saturday lunchtime when they play host to Crystal Palace.
The reigning Premier League champions will also try to qualify for the quarter-finals of the UEFA Champions League when they play Barcelona later in the month.
