Chelsea Are Favourites To Sign Manchester United, Arsenal £53m target

According to reports, Chelsea are favourites to secure the services of Napoli ace Kalidou Koulibaly, beating rivals Arsenal and Manchester United to his signature.

Koulibaly, 26, has established himself as a vital figure in Maurizio Sarri’s team over the last couple of campaigns, while also becoming one of Serie A’s most reliable and consistent defenders.

With that in mind, it’s no shock that he has attracted a lot of interest from top clubs, but as his side continue to battle hard for the Serie A title this term, Napoli will certainly have no plan of offloading one of their key players.

Koulibaly has played 36 matches in all competitions so far this term, and as a vital defender in the side, it will take a major offer to convince the Serie A side to listen to offers.
