Chelsea midfielder Cesc Fabregas has fuelled transfer rumours linking him with a transfer to seven-time European champions AC Milan after he signed a new four-year contract with sportswear manufacturers Puma.
Italian Serie A giants AC Milan are also on the books of Puma.
