Martin Keown

Arsenal legend, Martin Keown thinks there is something to be happy about with his former club after watching the Europa League game against Vorskla.

The Gunners took the day in the 4-2 win, with Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang finding the back of the net twice to add to the goals from Mesut Ozil and Danny Welbeck.

The Arsenal legend says the goal scored by the Gabon international makes him have a feel of the former striker, Thierry Henry in the game.

He suggested that Arsenal might have secured a replacement for the Frenchman.

The former Arsenal defender stated that the way Aubameyang drifted in and curls the ball with his right foot makes him think of Henry.

He described the player as having the belief and confidence to have scored the goal in that manner.

Keown says the new shape of the player is important for Arsenal to score more goals.

Aubameyang came with lots of promise when came in January by scoring some goals but that as not been fully evident this season as he is yet to deliver goals as expected.

So far, the former Borussia Dortmund striker has seen the back of the net just once in this current Premier League campaign.

What makes me happy about Aubameyang aside goals, Emery

Arsenal manager Unai Emery Unai Emery says there is more to be delighted about striker, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang than the goals he scores.

Aubameyang has so far scored 13 goals in 18 appearances for Arsenal since his switch from Bourrousia Dortmund in January.

While it is a feat to celebrate, the Spanish manager says what delights him the most is that the Gabon international is beginning to get acquitted to the playing system he has introduced.

Emery who also joined the Emirates Stadium in the summer introduced a new playing system that allows his side to build their attack from behind and also press from start to the end of the game.

The former PSG manager all that is needed by the striker is to build more confidence and also continue finding his best performance in all games.

Meanwhile, he noted that he has confidence in the abilities of Alexandre Lacazette, Danny Welbeck and Nketiah who also add to the strike force.

He added that much work is needed to be done on all strikers to bring out the best from them in terms of goal scoring.

Emery says its a delight for him to have the set of strikers at Arsenal, hoping that much can be achieved.

Theo Walcott

Everton striker, Theo Walcott is not scared to make his plan against Arsenal public when both teams meet in their Premier League clash on Sunday.

Walcott is not bothered about the relationship he has had with the fans at the Old Trafford and he already thinks of hurting the Arsenal supporters by scoring a goal on Sunday.

Walcott left Arsenal after claiming he was not given enough playing time at the Emirates Stadium.

He had to say goodbye in January for a fee of £20million after 12 years spell at the club to revive his supposed sleeping career.

However, Walcott promised to celebrate if he scores against Arsenal.

The striker is perceived to be angry by his alleged unfair treatment at the club.

He said he was frustrated in his last one year and wasn’t enjoying football.

The former Southampton player expressed excitement joining the toffees and has seen the back of the net on two occasions this season.

Walcott was tipped to replace the former striker, Thierry Henry at the Emirates but he failed to live up to expectation.

His early life at Arsenal saw him display a style that was similar to that of the Frenchman but injury and loss of form made him fade out.
