Can United produce another shock?

One thing that can be said of the Man United team this season is the shock they have been able to pull especially in their sharp transformation from a struggling team to a winning side.

The Red Devils struggled to secure wins under the former manager Jose Mourinho and were almost dumped out of the race for the top-four finish for a Champions League qualification next season but all changed immediately the Portuguese manager was sacked in December last year and was replaced by Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.

From the shock win against Juventus, The Ole Gunnar Solskjaer team were able to produce a shocker against French Ligue 1 as they came from a 2-0 defeat on their home ground to defeat the French team in Paris by 3-1.

The same trend has also started against the Spanish as they have been able to secure a win at the Old Trafford while Man United will now travel for the second leg in Spain.

There are suggestions that the Red Devils could still have the surprise in their pockets and could unleash it against the La Liga side to prove a surprise for qualification to the semi-finals of the competition and that is no doubt a major concern for Barcelona.
