C. Ronaldo Wanted Man United To Sign This Player

Cristiano Ronaldo wanted Manchester United to sign Real Madrid teammate, Gareth Bale this summer, according to reports.

The 27-year-old was tipped to make an audacious move to Santiago Bernabeu this summer following suggestions that the hierarchy at Real Madrid are open to allowing him leave this window due to his incessant injuries that has marred his stay at the club.

Jose Mourinho was said to be keen on bringing Bale to the Old Trafford this summer but the winger rejected United’s advances as he came out to reveal that he is happy at Bernabeu amid speculation that over his future.

Prior to that Real were understood to be in pursuit of AS Monaco youngster, Kylian Mbappe and even assured the teenager of a space in their front three, sparking speculations that they will cash in on Gareth Bale.

Reports in Daily Mail can now reveal that Ronaldo was one of the parties behind Gareth Bale’s move to his former club, Manchester United and was stunned when the Welsh star rejected United’s proposal to sign this summer.

Mourinho has revealed his intentions to bring in a fourth player this summer but the deal to sign Ivan Perisic from Inter Milan appears to be dead following reports that the player is considering a new deal with the Italian giants.
