Aaron Wan-Bissaka

South London club Crystal Palace have turned down a second bid from Manchester United for one of their defenders.

Crystal Palace defender Aaron Wan-Bissaka has been attracting serious interest from Manchester United in recent days.

Apart from Manchester United, other clubs like Manchester City, Arsenal, Borussia Dortmund and Chelsea have all been linked with the England junior international.

Chelsea had a strong interest in the 21-year-old right-back but that has cooled down in the past months mainly due to the two-window transfer ban slammed on the Europa League holders though they have appealed against the ruling at the Court of Arbitration for Sports (CAS).

Manchester United are in pole position to sign Aaron Wan-Bissaka after firming up their interest with two separate bids.

The Red Devils submitted a €40m offer including €5m in add-ons last week but it was turned down by Crystal Palace.

According to Sky Sports, Manchester United have made a second bid for the player.

It was revealed that the Red Devils made a €50m bid for Aaron Wan-Bissaka including €15m in add-ons.

Crystal Palace also rejected the bid with the Eagles holding out for €50m without any add-on.

Manchester United have made the signing of a new right-back their top transfer target this summer and Aaron Wan-Bissaka is their preferred candidate.
