Juventus star player Alex Sandro has been heavily linked with a move away from the Serie A club in recent times after emerging as a target for premier league heavyweights Manchester United.
It has been made known that the Brazilian left-back is the English club’s top choice to replace Luke Shaw at Old Trafford when summer comes.
Reports circulating in the English media insist that Jose Mourinho’s side are keen on signing the samba star from Juventus at the end of this season.
Luke has had a frustrating relationship with manager Jose Mourinho since the Portuguese tactician took charge in 2016, and it appears his time at Old Trafford is coming to a close.
The Englishman has failed to hold down a regular spot in the first team at Manchester United, and although he has been linked with a loan move to Barcelona, he is likely to reunite with his former manager Mauricio Pochettino at Tottenham Hotspur.
The Manchester Evening News (via the Daily Star) made it known that Jose Mourinho’s side are keen on bringing Alex Sandro down to Old Trafford at the end of this season.
The 27-year-old South American player has been a regular player at Turin this term and has played 21 Italian top-flight games for Juve so far this season – with three goals and four assists.
