According to Premium Sport via Calciomercato.com, North London club Arsenal have proposed a season-long loan move for French midfielder Jeff Reine-Adelaide to Serie A giant AC Milan.
According to the Italian TV station, Reine-Adelaide is available for a temporary transfer this summer transfer window, as Arsenal manager, Arsene Wenger looks to hand the Frenchman more playing chances at first team level next season.
The 19-year-old French teenager played six matches for the North Londoners last season with three appearances in the EFL Cup and another three games in the FA Cup. The French Under 19 international midfielder is yet to make his English Premier League debut though despite being named on the bench couple of times over the past two seasons for the Emirate club.
The starlet joined the Arsene Wenger tutored side from Ligue 1 side Lens for an estimated fee of £2m in July 2015 and further made his debut as a substitute in the 2015/16 season in an FA Cup third round encounter with Premier League side Sunderland. The eight matches he played for Arsenal have all come in cup competitions, and Arsene Wenger may believe that a loan move away from the club could be the best way to develop the youngster.
