Chelsea boss Antonio Conte has dropped a hint that he will look to sign some more attacking players before the winter transfer deadline.
Several attackers linked
The reigning Premier League Champions have inevitably been linked heavily with a number of attacking talents over the last month as the tactician considers strengthening his team to get his squad ready for the second stanza of the league season.
The Blues started the winter transfer window as quickly as possible by completing a deal for Ross Barkley from Merseyside giants Everton at the start of the New Year.
More firepower required
It is thought that Chelsea are still keen on signing some more attackers up front, with the west London outfit having been linked heavily with a number of players of late.
And manager Antonio Conte has said that he could be looking to land another forward after he was asked if Belgium international forward Michy Batshuayi could be offloaded this window.
The former Juventus head coach was talking to the media after watching his side book their spot in the next round of the Emirates FA Cup by beating Premier League side Newcastle United 3-0 at home.
Chelsea sealed their progress thanks to a Batshuayi brace in the first half and a goal from Spaniard Marcos Alonso after the halftime break.
