Another transfer setback for Emery as Brazilian youngster choose Inter Milan over Arsenal

Unai Emery is passing through a hard time at Emirates stadium and things aren’t looking like they’re going to get better anytime soon.

The Spanish manager failed to win his last two Premier League games, in fact, he was defeated by Manuel Pellegrini’s West Ham side who are battling relegation.

Things got worse for the former Sevilla manager when he was told by his employers that they won’t sign any player on the permanent deal due to their financial constraints.

To this effect, Emery declared Mesut Ozil ‘surplus to requirements’ so as to raise fund for some new signings but that isn’t working.

Former Serie A Champions Inter Milan have reportedly pulled out of the player’s race as result of his huge salary demands.

The latest source of Emery’s disappoint was from the Italian League where his transfer target — young Brazilian goalkeeper Brazao — decide to join Inter Milan.

Tuttosport confirmed that the 18-year-old goalie has joined the Nerrazurri despite Emery’s desire to sign him.

It was said that the Spaniard tried everything in his capacity to hijack Brazao’s switch to the San Siro outfits but his plan was unsuccessful as it appeared he was a bit late.

As much as Brazao isn’t really needed at the moment, the youngster would have been a great prospect for the Gunners in the nearest future.

With Petr Cech decision to retire by the end of this season, Emery is forced to look for a new and young netminder who will serve as the Czech’s replacement.
