Barcelona Want To Sign This Manchester United Star, Mourinho Will Be Furious
Barcelona want to sign Manchester United midfielder Ander Herrera this summer, according to reports.
Atletico Bilbao boss Ernesto Valverde has confirmed that he will step down his position at the club this summer, fueling speculations that he will take over at Barcelona and make Herrera to one of his top targets
Reports in Sport claim that Valverde has told the Catalan giants he wants to sign the United midfielder as one of key players when he takes over at the Camp Nou.
The midfielder has been an important figure for Manchester United this season churning out solid displays in the midfield area alongside Paul Pogba who arrived at the club last summer.
Herrera featured under Ernesto Valverde for a season at Bilbao before he arrived at Old Trafford during the summer window of 2014.
It is understood that the Catalan giants believe they can lure Herrera to the Camp Nou this summer with his current deal expiring next summer, although the Red Devils have an option to extend the deal for another season
Barca are looking to bring in a central midfielder to the Camp Nou as they will try to better their current performances in the Spanish La Liga, that have also seen them lose off the Champions League.
