North London side Arsenal are to announce the deal for the transfer of Egyptian international Mohamed Elneny in the coming weeks according to reports.
The star midfielder is keen to leave the Emirates Stadium having been limited to the bench with just little number of games under his belt so far this season.
Mohamed Elneny went down the pecking order with the arrival of Lucas Torreira and Matteo Guendouzi in the summer with the pair being favoured ahead of him.
This has made Mohamed Elneny frustrated at the club as he has only been limited to Cup a competition which is a major reason why he seeks to leave the North London side.
However, former Premier League champions Leicester City are reported to have submitted a bid for the Egyptian international and an announcement is due for next week with agreements already reached with the player.
It was earlier expected that Mohamed Elneny would be allowed to leave only on loan but that would not be as reports claim that a permanent deal has been agreed upon.
Mohamed Elneny who joined the Emirates Stadium for a fee of £12 million from Swiss side FC Basel is expected to cost the Foxes about £15 million.
