Liverpool Target To Join Barcelona This Summer
Spanish La Liga champions Barcelona have won the race to sign young French defender Jean-Clair Todibo.
The 19-year-old will join the Catalans as a free transfer at the end of the season.
Jean-Clair Todibo is on the payroll of French Ligue 1 club Toulouse at the moment.
Todibo has been in superb form for his French Ligue 1 club since he broke into the first team since the start of the season.
His form led to interests from a lot of clubs on the European football scene.
Clubs like Italian Serie A champions Juventus as well as the Premier League sides like Wolverhampton Wanderers and Liverpool.
The Reds were keen to sign the young centre back but it seems like the Merseyside giants have lost the battle for him to the Nou Camp giants.
Jean-Clair Todibo broke into the Toulouse starting XI at the start of the season as a direct replacement for former club skipper Issa Diop.
