According to reports in Colombia, Arsenal has tabled a £22 million to Juventus for former Chelsea winger Juan Cuadrado.
Metro claims that Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger has personally asked the club land the Columbian and that negotiation between the two clubs are ongoing.
It’s widely believed the Gunners are on the hunt for a flying winger, players such as Thomas Lemar, Riyad Mahrez, and Cuadrado linked with a move to the Emirate stadium.
Cuadrado’s transfer to Juventus was only made permanent two months ago, after two seasons loan spell at the Serie A side, but it looks he could be available for transfer.
According to the report, the Serie A giant would be willing to sell for (£26.3m).
Cuadrado will be a great addition to the Arsene Wenger tutored side, considering his Premier League experience, of course, following his brief spell with Premier League Champion Chelsea.
The former Chelsea winger has looked far happier in Italy where he has won two Serie A titles and Coppa Italia on two occasions, as well as helping the club to the Champions League final last season.
The Colombian made 21 Serie A starts last campaign, scoring two goals and contributing six assists, for Massimilano Allegri tutored side.
