Philippe Coutinho had a fantastic season under Jurgen Klopp last campaign as he scored 13 goals and made eight assists in the League.
His spectacular displays helped the Merseyside club secure top four spot and a place in the Champions League next season, as he also signed a new 5year contract in January.
The Brazilian has long been heavily linked with a transfer to FC Barcelona and PSG with both European giants keen to prise him away from the Anfield stadium.
French publication Le10 Sport report the French side are ready to test Liverpool’s resilience with a £70m offer.
Le10 Sport claims the former Ligue 1 champions Chiefs are also willing to sign Real Madrid’s Cristiano Ronaldo and Kylian Mbappe from Monaco in recent weeks.
But with the new father of twins now likely to remain in the Spanish capital and Mbappe’s future still undecided, PSG hierarchy have shifted their attention to Coutinho.
According to Le10 Sport, PSG has been speaking with Coutinho’s representatives over the prospect of a transfer.
But any attempt to get the Anfield side to listen to any offers would likely see them bid around £88m.
