Denis Suarez

North London outfit Arsenal boss Unai Emery has explained why on-loan midfielder Denis Suarez is yet to see a whole 90 minutes of action since joining the club in January from Spanish La Liga outfit Barcelona.

With hints that the Spanish playmaker is going to be handed a starting role in the rotated squad on Wednesday, manager Unai Emery explained that Denis Suarez is not yet ready to see a full game.

The major reason why the Spanish international dumped Barcelona is because of his lack of first team shirt but that has not been given to him yet at the Emirates Stadium.

Unai Emery stated that he is demanding of the players but will only exercise some patience for the star player who is improving with adaptation because he has got a lot of quality to add to the team.

The former PSG boss stated that Denis Suarez is working very hard by the day to also understand the style and players before he can fully get into the team.

However, the North London outfit will face Bournemouth on Wednesday with the North London outfit seeking to end the season in the top four for a Champions League challenge next season.
