This season could be the last season at Camp Nou for Barcelona star Samuel Umtiti as he is believed to be moving closer to switching to Old Trafford, according to reports in Spain.
The 24-year-old Frenchman has played 76 matches for the Blaugrana since he joined the Camp Nou outfits in 2016 but he could be moving out of the team by the end of the season as he is heavily linked with a summer move to the Red Devils.
His contract with Barcelona is set to expire by 2019 and the Spanish giants are hoping to renew his contract but the player seems to be asking too much as he wants to be receiving £150,000 as his weekly wages.
Due to his high salary demands, Barcelona are ready to cash in on his signature this summer as they are reportedly set to sanction his move out of the club and Manchester United are tipped to be his next destination after the Red Devils agreed to offer him a £150,000-per-week contract offer.
With Luke Shaw, Matteo Darmian and Chris Smalling all linked with a move out of Old- Trafford, Mourinho must unavoidably bring new defenders to his team ahead of next season and he now set his eyes on Samuel Umtiti whose strength suits Premier League style of play.
The Portuguese manager is also said to be keeping close tab on Arsenal defender Hector Bellerin who is linked with Barcelona.
Darren Blind and Ander Herrera are also tipped to end their stay at Old Trafford by the end of this campaign.
