If rumours making the round are anything to go-by, then Italy and Fiorentina winger Federico Bernardeschi could be heading to Stamford Bridge in the winter transfer window.
According to report from Daily Star, the 22-years old star is planning to force a move out of his Italian team to join Chelsea in January.
Bernardeschi who has come through the youth rank at Fiorentina to become part of the senior team has been on fine form this season. He scored a brace for the Serie A side last weekend as his team defeated Empoli by 4 goals to nil.
Antonio Conte is reportedly planning to reshuffle his team in January with some fresh legs coming in while surplus players going out of Stamford Bridge.
Midfield duo Cesc Fabregas and John Obi Mikel could be heading out after fallen down the pecking order in the Blues squad.
The Nigeria international skipper is yet to feature for the Blues this season and Fabregas has only managed one EPL start, which was against his former team Arsenal.
With his intelligent and skillful runs at players, Bernardeschi will certainly be a good addiction to the Blues team. But the question is, who is he going to bench in the starting spot?
Personally, I think Chelsea should not make move for the Italian, given that we have Brazilian duo of Willian and Oscar who can play both as a winger and an attacking midfielder and they can also serve as a reliable back up to in-form Eden Hazard and Pedro Rodriguez.
