Manchester City won a hard-fought game against Burnley to keep themselves in the title race, Liverpool stunned a very defensive Sunderland side and Chelsea overturned a goal deficit to beat Tottenham 2-1.
The summary of the battle for 2016/2017 EPL title race and the only team left out of the equation is Arsenal, with more of the top 4 teams playing on Saturday it gives the squad and coach a better perspective as they know exactly what they need to do which is to beat Bournemouth.
Anything short of a win will mean a winless 3 games for Arsenal which will do very little to dispel the superstitions of November being a boogey month for the team, a win will close down the league leaders Chelsea, take Arsenal a step farther than Tottenham and rejuvenate their hopes of pushing for a better December and putting their title chase in the next gear while a loss might spell doom.
The Gunners host an overachieving Bournemouth side who also play decent football coached by Eddie Howe who is no short on belief.
Bournemouth wont be expected to come to the emirates without a fight but will try to press Arsenal and give them little space on the ball. Arsene Wenger will have to be wary.
