Arsenal have been drawn to face French Ligue 1 outfit Rennes in the round of 16 of the Europa League competition.

This is after the North London side secured qualification from the round of 16 after beating BATE. The Gunners have now qualified for the next round with two encounters against Rennes.

More to the game is the fact that the North London fans will be seeing one of Arsenal’s major targets Ismaila Sarr as he is expected to be in action for the two legs.

To the fans, it is a form of a trial to see the star player in action and have him assessed so as to be able to know what the club is going into.

The winger has been tipped to replace England international Danny Welbeck who is just recovering from injury and might not stay at the club beyond this season owing to his injury challenge which cannot be accommodated.

Ismaila Sarr has become a force to reckon with in the French Ligue 1 owing to his impressive perforce which has caught a lot of attention.

However, should Ismaila Sarr gives the Gunners team a good fight; the fans will be looking forward to have him at the Emirates Stadium.
