According to Daily Mirror reporter Daniel McDonnell, Premier League giants Manchester United are set to launch an offer for Real Madrid superstar Gareth Bale this summer transfer window.
Man United set to reinforce
The Red Devils finished the campaign in the second position in the Premier League log last term after finishing above North London giants Tottenham Hotspur and Merseyside outfit Liverpool.
United still ended up 19 points behind local rivals Manchester City to highlight the massive gap between the two rivals.
West London giants Chelsea were 1-0 winners against Jose Mourinho’s Manchester United in the Emirates FA Cup final thanks to Belgian Eden Hazard’s first-half winning goal at Wembley Stadium.
The Red Devils will need to add further quality players to their team if they are going to completely overhaul rivals Manchester City next season.
Bale linked with Man United move
Wales international forward Gareth Bale hinted that he could leave Real Madrid following his brilliant performance in the UEFA Champions League final.
The former Tottenham Hotspurs winger netted two goals, including a stunning bicycle kick, to help his current side Real Madrid ease to a 3-1 victory against Liverpool last in Kiev.
McDonell confirmed that the Red Devils are set to move to bring in Gareth Bale this summer transfer window.
