According to The BBC, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain has turned down the opportunity to join Premier League Champions Chelsea and instead wants a move to Premier League rivals Liverpool.

Now, it looks like the former Southampton star has turned down the opportunity to join Chelsea and instead favours a move to Liverpool as it would likely give him a better chance of playing in his favoured central midfield role.
Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp is keen on the versatile midfielder, but his Arsenal counterpart is currently refusing to cash in on him to Liverpool because their bid was £5 million less than Chelsea’s offer.
The Reds have now reportedly made direct contact to attempt and seal a deal with the Gunners looking for them to equal Chelsea’s bid.
