Another Damage! Chelsea Player Suffers Injury In Chelsea vs Manchester United FA Game!

Lots of things keep coming out after the Chelsea Vs Manchester United FA Cup game at Stamford Bridge on Monday night.

Amongst many other discussions, we’ve discovered what Chelsea boss Antonio Conte yelled at Manchester United’s Jose Mourinho, and also the possibilities of Manchester United defender Rojo being given a five match ban after stomping on Eden Hazard’s chest.

And the new one now is that, Chelsea wing-back, Victor Moses, has suffered a calf injury in his side’s 1-0 victory against Manchester United at Stamford Bridge.

The Nigerian international was replaced by Kurt Zouma after 89 minutes of the FA Cup quarter-final game.

A Nigerian news outlet All Nigeria Soccer, stated that the 26-year-old is suspected to have suffered a calf strain.

Nevertheless, the medical team at Chelsea are assessing the extent of his injury.

However, the Nigerian could be out for up to three weeks. This would see him miss out of upcoming international friendlies against the duo of Senegal and Burkina Faso.

He helped his Chelsea side to a 1-0 win against Manchester United and is likely to be unavailable for Chelsea’s trip to Stoke City for their next Premier League game on Saturday.

While former Barcelona man Pedro Rodriguez has occasionally filled in at wing-back, Zouma could take the Nigerian place in the starting XI now.

The former Juventus boss will hope Moses would be back after the international break to play for his side as the premier league leaders hosts Crystal Palace at Stamford Bridge.

This season so far, one important factor that continues helping Chelsea impressive performance is that Antonio Conte is being able to pick a consistent starting XI, and the Italian manager won’t want that to change soon.
