Turkish side, Trabzonspor has entered the race to sign Arsenal second-choice goalkeeper David Ospina next summer transfer window, according to reports.
The Colombian shot stopper has been linked with a move away from the Emirates due to his lack of playing chances as Arsene Wenger has preffered the more reliable hands of Petr Cech for more games.
There are speculations over the future of the keeper with several clubs in Europe said to be interested in signing him as he continues to look certain to leave the club next summer.
Reports in talkSPORT have now claimed that Trabzonspor have entered the race to sign the 28-year-old keeper and will rival Fenerbahce for his signature.
There are suggestions that the Turkish side are hoping to sign Ospina on an initial loan move with the option of sealing permanent deal.
The goalkeeper hinted at a possible transfer next summer, with his comments in Turkey, he said: “Istanbul may be a new adventure and motivation for me.
“If my club are persuaded, it’s okay for me.”
The Gunners are also believed to be weighing up a move for Sunderland keeper Jordan Pickford who is viewed as a long term replacement for Petr Cech who pasting his prime.
