Ruben Loftus-Cheek

Chelsea midfielder and England international, Ruben Loftus-Cheek will turn 23 years old in January.

Different speculations have risen about him, they include; will he remain at Chelsea without getting a start in the EPL? Will the Blues deem it fit to give him a chance in the EPL?

Well, considering Ruben Loftus-Cheek’s form, it is now certain he is hungry and ready for regular games in the EPL and to say the truth he deserves it.

Young players like him are already soaring high in domestic leagues for football clubs where they get first team chances.

The likes of Dele Alli, James Maddison, Lewis Cook and Harry Winks who are also young players at their respective football clubs come to mind.

Ruben Loftus-Cheek was once again in action last night against Derby Couty in the Carabao League with the game ending with three goals to two in favour of the Blues.

The English midfielder has so far proved himself in his last three games for Chelsea – against BATE Borisov, Burnley and now Derby County.

It is about time Chelsea give him his first start in the EPL as he only came to play from the bench during the EPL game against Burnley.

Perhaps the EPL match against Crystal Palace this weekend may be the best time to start the young midfielder to compensate him for his efforts so far.
