Ajax youngster Justin Kluivert has been heavily linked with a move away from the club in recent times after he emerged as a target for Jose Mourinho’s Manchester United.
He has been in the news as a result of his links with Old Trafford club. And there is a new report that he won’t be signing a new contract with his current side.
The 19-year-old has evolved into an important player at Ajax and his impressive performances at the club have caught the attention of various top sides in the continent.
However, he has been at loggerheads with Ajax in recent times, particularly over a new contract. They have refused to allow him to leave, but they risk losing him for nothing next summer.
Manchester United are said to be at the forefront of securing the teenager’s signature, although he has been linked with Tottenham Hotspur also.
The youngster made it known recently that the Netherlands club are trying to sell him to Spurs without his knowledge – an act which made him feel bad.
The frustrated youngster said he is not signing a new deal with Ajax – and it’s obvious his heart is already out of the club.
We wait to see if Jose Mourinho would make a move this summer.
