Arsenal legend Thierry Henry feels Arsene Wenger is reluctant to splash £70million on a top quality defender.

The North Londoners managed to overhaul their team in the winter transfer window despite facing a tough situation considering the uncertainty surrounding German Mesut Ozil and Chilean Alexis Sanchez.
