Chelsea star Eden Hazard has been named on the list of players for the Team of the Season at the end of this Premier League campaign.
The Belgian international star was the only player on the list from the other clubs apart from champions Manchester City and runners-up Liverpool.
The top two Premier League clubs dominated the list compiled by popular media outlet Goal.
Six Manchester City players and four Liverpool players made the list.
Eden Hazard had a fantastic season for Chelsea who finished in third place and also secured a return to the Champions League after a one-year absence.
He won the award for the best assist provider at the weekend with 15 assists in addition to 16 goals scored.
The former Lille playmaker was involved in more goal contributions (31 goals) than any other player in the Premier League this season.
Hazard has been linked with a move to Spanish La Liga outfit Real Madrid ahead of the transfer window which reopens in the next few weeks.
The Belgian has one year left on his Chelsea contract.
Others on the list include Ederson, Aymeric Laporte, Fernandinho, Raheem Sterling, Sergio Aguero, Bernardo Silva (Manchester City), Trent Alexander-Arnold, Andy Robertson, Virgil Van Dijk and Sadio Mane (Liverpool).
