According to new reports coming from Italy, Chelsea and Manchester United target Franck Kessie has failed the first phase of his medical with Serie A heavyweights, AC Milan. According to Italian outlet Calcio Mercato, the midfielder will need to be examined further before the Milan club can make any other decision whatsoever.
