Super Falcons Make Camp Ahead of Africa Women’s Cup

The Super Falcons have made camp ahead of the 2016 Africa Women Cup of Nations.

The competition will hold in Cameroon between November 19 and December 3. The Falcons are in Group B alongside rivals Ghana. Kenya and Mali are the other teams in the group as Nigeria aim for their eighth record African title.

Arsenal Ladies forward, Asisat Oshoala, France-based Desire Oparanozie and team captain Evelyn Nwabuoku top the list of eight overseas-based players invited  to camp for the tournament.

In total , 30 women will represent Nigeria and out of the list, more than 10 women are home based professional players.
