A lot has been said regarding the exit of Wales international Aaron Ramsey from the Emirates Stadium after learning that he would be leaving as a free player without any gain on the part of the employer.

The Gunners management was blamed by the fans for not planning the future of the star midfielder, insisting that a player with such quality should not be allowed to leave the club. It is even more worrisome that the Gunners did not benefit anything from the deal.

Aaron Ramsey is not the only Arsenal player leaving this season as a free player as he is joined by England international Danny Welbeck.

Arsenal chief Raul Sanllehi made it clear that the club will not accept any blame for the exit of Danny Welbeck as a free player, noting that the club made efforts to have him sign a new deal which he turned down.

According to him, Danny Welbeck wanted to take advantage of the Bossman move that has already been achieved.

Meanwhile, Danny Welbeck has been on the sideline since November last year after he suffered a serious broken ankle, but he is expected to make the bench for the Europa League final, a game that will be his last at the club.
