Fulham youngster Ryan Sessegnon has been linked with a move to the English top-flight following his impressive performances at the championship.

The 17-year-old was linked with a handful of top premier league clubs but has now signed a new three-year deal to end speculation of a big move to the top flight.

It is understood that the talented starlet has been scouted by Man United, Liverpool and Tottenham are said to have submitted bids for him.

However, the teenager has decided to ignore the lucrative offers from the big guys and continue his development at Fulham.

This represents the first professional contract Ryan has signed and will keep him at the Craven Cottage for at least another three years.

‘I’m excited to see what’s in front of me at this club, hopefully we can all push on now,’ he said.

‘Last year I got a lot of opportunities from the gaffer, and I just want to continue that.’

Sessegnon burst into the scene as a 16-year-old last term and Jurgen Klopp couldn’t convince him to make a switch to Anfield to become their long-term left-back.

Klopp is still on the lookout for a first choice left-back in his squad with midfielder James Milner playing in that position for the whole of last term.
