Report: United double 21-year-old’s weekly wage

Manchester United are reported to be on the verge of increasing by two the weekly wage of England international striker Marcus Rashford with a new deal in coming days.

Marcus Rashford has picked the best form of his life after a slow start of the season under former manager Jose Mourinho. He has been helped by interim boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer to flourish once again.

The England international is only 21 but he has shown big quality and to think that his best is yet to be seen makes him a special player at the Old Trafford. There is no doubt that he would be kept at the club for juicy offers.

Marcus Rashford currently earns £75,000-a-week but with the latest report, he will soon earn £150,000 and potentially a £200,000 if add-ons and bonuses are all included.

Many thanks to Belgium international Romelu Lukaku for his return to form but before then the Red Devils were saved by Marcus Rashford who delivered gaols to earn three points for Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.

However, the Red Devils are now back to their feet after a slow start of the season as they are currently in the quarter-final of the UEFA Champions League. No one expected this at the start of the season.
