Quincy Promes -a top Liverpool transfer target- has agreed to dropping down his current wages in other to join the Merseyside as reported by Daily Star.
Klopp is an admirer of the 25-year-old Dutch winger and had shortlisted him as a January transfer target for the Reds with an official bid to be made.
