Arsenal trying their luck where Wenger earlier failed

North London outfit Arsenal are reportedly ready to try their luck to snap up Leicester City star Ben Chilwell after a failed attempt under their former manager Arsene Wenger.

The French manager before his exit at the end of last season made an attempt to secure the signature of Ben Chilwell but failed.

Now, Ben Chilwell is in hot form for the former Premier League winners and has caught the attention of the North London outfit but there are fears that the Gunners will face big competition with Liverpool and Man City reported to be interested as well.

The Gunners are in need of a left back with claims that Spanish star Nacho Monreal is seeking a move away and already being wanted by La Liga outfit Barcelona.

Ben Chilwell is known to have big quality and will fit into the Gunners team but they will now face the challenge of paying big for his signature, what could be a repeat of their last attempt under the former manager.

The left full-back has been rated £40 million and there are fears that the North London outfit might not be able to meet with the demand as they have got limited resources to compete in the market.
