Abraham agreed a one-year loan deal with Championship side Bristol City last year, and so far, he has scored 23 times in the league as the season approaches it end.

The deal at Bristol City ends at the end of this season, and the teenager is now set to return to Stamford Bridge. However, it is not yet certain if he will be part of Antonio Conte’s plans at the west London club for next season.

Tammy scored 74 goals in 98 games for the blues youth sides in 2014 and 2015, and back then in 2016, former boss Guus Hiddink handed him his first team debut.
