English Premier League (EPL) side Liverpool have been told that their transfer target and Borussia Dortmund starlet Christian Pulisic is not for sale ahead of the January transfer window, which opens next month, and that they should not waste their time.

Zorc made the club’s position on the 18-year old American international crystal clear while in a chat with German news outlet Bild on Tuesday. He said: “We have communicated very clearly that we won’t sell Christian and that he’s very much part of our plans.”

“Liverpool don’t need to waste time. They can save their money.” he further added.
Pulisic has had a phenomenal year with a lot of impressive performances for both Borussia Dortmund and the American national football team, which is why it is easy to understand that he is much sought after by clubs on the European football scene.

The young forward has already made 16 appearances for his German side this season and even further highlighted the club’s faith in his young shoulders as he started the mammoth game involving Thomas Tuchel’s side and UEFA Champions League (UCL) holders Real Madrid at the Santiago Bernebeu on Wednesday night, in a game which ended 2-2 to confirm their status as Group leaders ahead of the 11-time European champions.

He has also scored three goals in 11 appearances for his country since making his debut in the month of March.
