Alex Sandro

Chelsea are yet to make a major summer signing, and according to new reports, their Italian manager Antonio Conte has added Juventus left-back Alex Sandro to the top of his transfer list this summer.

It is understood that Conte desire being flexible with his systems next season, and he needs Sandro so he can easily switch between a back three and four.

According to The Telegraph, the Italian boss wants his Chelsea side to be as versatile as possible next term with the west London club ready and set to compete in four different competitions.

One splendid thing about Sandro is the ability to play appropriately at left-back and in the midfield. Last season, the Samba star played at left-back and on the left side of midfield and was among the squad defeated by Real Madrid last Saturday at Cardiff.

He made 43 appearances in all competitions and provided seven assists (five of which were from left-back)

The Brazilian international is under contract with the old ladies until 2020, but Conte has a good relationship with the Turin club and should have no much issue agreeing to a deal.
