No need for worries, Arsenal get perfect replacement for Ramsey
The reports that Ramsey will be leaving Arsenal at the end of the season will would not really gone well with the club fans knowing the quality of the player and how well he would be missed.
The Welshman has refused to renew his contract with the North London side with just a few months left for him to become a free player. This means Arsenal will not get to cash in on him.
However, according to The Sun, Arsenal are reported to have identified Argentina international midfielder Ever Banega as a perfect replacement for the contract rebel.
Benega is known for his reputation both at his club and national team side. He has so far, scored three goals and provided one assist in 13 appearances for his Sevilla side this season.
Just like Ramsey, he has got big quality to help give a balance to the midfield and also score goals. He has scored a total of 20 goals for the Spanish side in 157 games as a midfielder.
The Argentine has got a release clause of £18m and that will not be too much for the North London side to provide knowing the space he will cover at Ramsey’s exit.
Ramsey has been calm on the situation and manager Unai Emery has maintained that the player will not be distracted by the uncertainties surrounding his future.
