The FA Cup final is here already, but there are good news and bad news for Manchester United fans.
Ahead of the Wembley clash against Chelsea, manager Jose Mourinho has made it known that Lukaku may not start against Antonio Conte’s side due to his injuries.
Romelu picked up an injury during United’s 2-1 win over Arsenal two weeks ago, but he returned to training this week and was part of the players that travelled to London on Wednesday for the FA Cup final.
Of course, the fans were delighted their star player was in line to play the crucial game against Chelsea, unfortunately, Jose Mourinho has admitted the player might not be available for selection.
While speaking to the press ahead of the game, the Portuguese tactician insisted Anthony Martial would be fit for the game
Although he has been inconsistent this season, Martial remains a superb player expected to trouble Conte’s defense at Wembley.
The red devils are favourites to win the game at Wembley – though Romelu would be deeply missed if he fails to participate in the duel.
Chelsea finished the season on the fifth spot of the table and will settle for the Europa League next season. Of course, they have the chance to console the fans by winning Manchester United at Wembley.
