Mourinho tells United why they should move in for Lille star
Former Man United manager Jose Mourinho has advised his former team to move in for the French Ligue 1outfit Lille star forward Nicolas Pepe ahead of the coming summer transfer window.
Nicolas Pepe has impressed so far this season which is the reason why a number of teams have come knocking for his signature. This gives a clear indication that Lille will not be able to keep him at the club in the coming season.
North London outfit Arsenal were reported to be leading in the race but the Red Devils are now looking keen to land the star player who is also on the radar of the Spanish La Liga side Barcelona.
However, former Man United manager Jose Mourinho has told the Red Devils to move in for Nicolas Pepe as he argues that he is a player of big quality and has shown that he can do more.
Jose Mourinho stated that the quality already seen in Nicolas Pepe is what makes clubs lined up for his signature.
Meanwhile, it is yet to be seen if manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer will be willing to go all out to compete for the signature of the star player in the summer window.
