Embattled Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho seems to be taking some drastic actions which looks like fighting back.

The Portuguese manager has been a subject of criticism for the past few weeks and this weekend’s 3-1 defeat in the hands of West Ham United made life more frustrating for Mourinho.

Speculations even have it that he could be asked to leave the Old Trafford any moment from now if the awful results from the team continues.

This has left the former Chelsea manager in a more confused state and he seems to be fighting back by axing some of the club players who fail to given him needed results.

Former Arsenal forward, Alexis Sanchez has been mentioned as the first player who could leave as early as January due to his unacceptable performance at the club.

The 29-year-old joined Manchester United in the last January transfer window but has scored only three times with no goal yet to his name this season.

The Chile forward was dropped from the United team that lost to the London club and was replaced by Anthony Martial.

Mourinho has been defended his decision when he was asked on why he dropped Sanchez entirely from the 18-man list by noting the player’s poor performances.
