Mourinho Confident Of Completing Danny Rose Deal In January

Danny Rose has been heavily linked with Manchester United in recent times, and there are new reports that manager Jose Mourinho is confident his side will get the player for him with £50M when January comes.

Rose himself is fighting to be part of the party that will travel with Gareth Southgate to the World Cup in Russia next year, and he needs regular playing time to secure a spot in the national side.

The Englishman was close to joining Manchester United during the summer transfer window, but a deal couldn’t sail through because of injury problems, as well as Tottenham’s unwillingness to allow two fullbacks leave the club at once.

Kyle Walker moved to Man City during the summer window, and manager Mauricio Pochettino decide to keep Danny at the club.

However, it appears the Englishman is no longer in the good books of his manager after questioning Tottenham’s wage structure during an interview with the Sun.

At Old Trafford this season, Ashley Young has made the left-back position his own, while the likes of Luke Shaw keeps sitting on the bench.

And the Daily Mail made it known recently that, while a deal for Rose could be very tough to be sealed, manager Jose Mourinho believes Man United will definitely complete the player’s signing in January.
