Starlet want future decided
Real Madrid attacker Marco Asensio is allegedly keen to have his playing future decided by his team within the next one month amid transfer rumour linking him with Premier League duo of Chelsea and Arsenal.
The Spaniard is an exciting youngster who could shine for a couple of top sides, but he’s not enjoyed regular playing time as expected this term under French tactician Zinedine Zidane.
As per Diario Gol, the starlet is now keen to know what Real Madrid’s plans are for him, and if or not they plan to bring in Chelsea star Eden Hazard in the summer transfer window – in which case the wonderkid would look to seek his future elsewhere.
Arsenal also linked
Previously, Don Balon linked him as a £133m target for the reigning Premier League champions, which makes a lot of sense if they are to offload Eden Hazard and need to find a good like-for-like replacement up front.
Don Balon also reported that Arsenal as being among his suitors as well, and they could do with a big-name arrival in that position after losing Chilean Alexis Sanchez to rivals Manchester United last month, while France international striker Olivier Giroud and England international Theo Walcott also left the Emirates Stadium.
