West Ham star player Marko Arnautovic has been heavily linked with a move away from the club in recent times after emerging as a target for Jose Mourinho’s Manchester United.
And according to new reports, the Portuguese tactician has held talks with the player’s agent over a move to Old Trafford.
Marko joined West Ham last summer and was able to settle quickly to life at London. The Austrian star was impressive at the club and was able to catch the attention of Man United boss Jose Mourinho.
Although the Portuguese boss has already signed the duo of Fred (from Monaco) and Diogo Dolot (from Porto) ahead of the upcoming 2018/19 season, the former Chelsea boss is still linked with a handful of talented players.
Manchester United paid Everton huge cash to get the signature of Belgium international Romelu Lukaku last summer, and they also lured Alexis Sanchez from Arsenal in January.
However, manager Jose Mourinho is still reportedly keen on adding more power to his attack department.
It was said that Arnautovic has caught Jose’s attention and the former Inter Milan boss has expressed interest in signing the Austrian.
It was made known that the manager has taken some crucial steps just to ensure he signed the talented player this summer – including sending text messages with his agent
